Specific teams are extremely poorly managed, and HR does nothing to solve the problem for many moths, despite the fact that the problems were raised by all team members.
This poor management includes lack of honesty and professional curtsey. This leads to spending most of the time and effort on irrelevant projects solely for the purposes of impressing top management and self promotion, and not for the purpose of supporting the company’s growth.
Unfortunately, it seems that in some parts of the organization, signaling that work is being done will get you promoted faster than actually working.
