Everything. - CEO lacks vision and ambition - Manager is more of a micromanager trying to get behind everything and asking for updates every 20 min. - The games they make lack soul - They just want to make games with monetization models without any fun. - The CEO thinks too highly of himself and micromanages everytime. He forgets meeting agendas and says what he wants. No clear process is followed here, it is all down to his own will. - Sad work environment with employees not able to play games. - The company does not support gaming. - They have a sad looking IT office, the worst game studio in NCR. - Cultural activities are very sad and unnecessary. - They don't even provide leaves, inhumane conditions. - if you want to work as slaves with bare minimum salary, with no learning, DO JOIN.
