Pros
Worked only for 15-20 day days and left the company can make anyone understand, what can be the pros in the company? Atleast, I would like to say one thing, that what i observed in these 15-20 days, Whatever is the middle management is doing, Technical team is good in the company and doing good work and understand their responsibilities.
Cons
1. Middle Management in the company is extremely selfish with a grandiose view of one's own talents and a craving for admiration. 2. Company always delay in the part of the salary. 3. Middle management is of dominating nature. 4. They always try to demoralize people in the company who are good in their work by spreading false reputation to their senior management in US. 5. Middle Management never help employees in the company, although they never be a part of any client meetings. And always try to de-face from the client and make you stand in front of client. If things goes good then they take the credit and if things goes wrong then they give negative credit to you. 6. Personnel suggestion. Think million of times to a part of this company because it's a very very small company of 8 to 10 people with having idiots in middle management.
