      Pros

      There is an excellent work-life balance capability. I feel valued as an employee. I feel like my work matters. The work culture is A-plus. There is open communication between all employees of different statuses.

      This is the best company out there to work for!!

      Cons

      Company is rapidly expanding, and so there seems to be a little bit of confusion in terms of having to switch over softwares and what not. Not a big issue at all though!!

      Gets very busy at times. But no real cons for me.
