      Pros

      Growing firm with a lot of opportunities. Always asking the staff what changes can be made and continually improving work environment.

      Cons

      Long hours during busy season (which is part of the profession not just here). Need to improve training which will hopefully happen with new head of learning and development that was just hired.

      Gets very busy at times. But no real cons for me.
