Pros
Some of the best people I’ve ever worked with. Kind, hardworking, but also know how to collaborate and have a good time together.
Cons
It’s been really sad to see a company with such potential slowly die due to extreme budgetary oversights, leadership ego and hubris, and sacrificial staffing cuts that have gutted departments of their most experienced members. The buck stops with leadership, and I hold them responsible for poor choices and irresponsible failures to limit spending before it was too late. Leadership has never taken pay cuts, while employee positions were eliminated, and those who allowed spending to go unchecked were never accountable. There are more salacious details here, but I’ll keep this to strictly the facts. Spending was out of control, engineers were ignored, mistakes were made, expensive and duplicative work occurred, and now departments are run by well meaning but under experienced 20 year olds.
