      If you are a fresher then APTIV is great place to start with . As the working culture here in Aptiv is very adaptive . Aptiv has a ability to build professional relationships with colleagues.

      Cons

      As there are pros as well as cons for everything,i will not say much but as Aptiv has customers from all around the world, you may have to adjust with the working hours sometime.
