Pros
Good, possibly great, product
Ownership and management seem to be nice guys
Good, possibly great commissions
Cons
They have zero experience selling this commercially, despite what you might hear in the phone interview. I was in the first training class.
Their pitch leads me to believe they have very little experience selling to their target audience. It seems as if they have a lightly modified residential presentation they plan on pitching to an extremely busy small business owner. Good luck with that. Their pitch is not going to get past the gatekeeper. Their pitch is not going to engage most decision makers long enough to get a sale.
The pricing isn't competitive to bottled. The quality of water is better, but no one is going to pay a gigantic premium for it. Short contracts are brutally steep. Who wants to sign a 5 year deal for water? Prospects MUST pass a credit check.
To receive your base, 20 gatekeepers every day have to give you a business card, and answer several questions. It's the JOB of these individuals to keep you from getting the answers to these questions. If they are giving out the decision makers' email address, they aren't doing their job.
