I've joined the Organization this month. I had a fantastic pre-onboarding and onboarding experience. The HR & the Leadership were constantly in touch with me during my notice period, they made me feel very welcomed even before joining. I wasn't expecting HR processes to be smooth for a startup and was surprised to notice that it was smooth. Also, there are lot of wonderful initiatives carried out by the HR team constantly, so full marks to them. The colleagues from different Teams/Departments have been helpful in getting me up to speed.
