      I don't see any pros!

      Cons

      -Initially, it was a pioneer in the segment, but it lost focus on the product and was overtaken by several companies in the market. -Some employees work more than 12 hours a day. -There is no balance between quality of life and work. -Apart from a few days of vacation, there are no benefits.

      Very healthy and inclusive work culture Supportive & encouraging manager/ peers Work life balance is great!

      Cons

      You need to be adaptable, flexible as things are always changing. Not really a con but something to note.
