      They are nice to your face.

      Cons

      Everything. Continuous lies about career paths, lies about how great the product is when there are so many issues with it. Lies about issues within the company, lies about taking care of internal bottlenecks. I could go on and on, but they are truly a company that has your back ONLY to stab it.

      Very healthy and inclusive work culture Supportive & encouraging manager/ peers Work life balance is great!

      You need to be adaptable, flexible as things are always changing. Not really a con but something to note.
