No work-life balance – you’re expected to be online beyond office hours regularly. Micromanagement and favoritism dominate team culture; promotions are reserved for yes-men. Feedback is ignored – employee concerns are brushed under the carpet or labeled as “negativity.” Poor project planning – unrealistic deadlines, frequent scope creep, and blame culture. Though it is not recommended to take names but still few reviews are just biased and you can clearly see that it’s favouritism.
