Pros

We are a growth driven organization. Helping clients save water and energy, and helping them reduce their operating costs is very rewarding. The team atmosphere is strong, despite being out in the field at client sites 90% of the time. We have a culture of self-improvement and support.

Cons

Requires hard work and sometimes long hours. You must be ready to constantly learn and get better. You will be surrounded by very successful people. Everyone says they want to work for an organization where their efforts are rewarded and their growth potential is based on their achievement. This is where the rubber meets the road... you will be accountable for your results... the right people will see this as a pro, the wrong will see it as a con.

Pros

At the time, it was run by Paul Winsor who was very good, Great colleagues, overall fun company to work for. They always had healthy snacks in the kitchen.

Cons

Management changed towards the end of 2015 and there were a lot of staffing changes. Paul Winsor no longer managing day to day brought a lot of changes in culture.

Pros

Working at Klenzoid is definitely something I have never experienced. Right from your first day, you are able to start contributing in a big way. People want to hear your ideas, and better than that they actually want you to be a part of the change. They are growing fast which has created a lot of opportunity for career growth and advancement. Dynamic and youthful the company also has monthly social events that help bring the team together. Not that I don't have day-to-day frustrations, or issues but when you love your job and believe in the company's mission it makes it much easier to get up in the morning.

Cons

There is a lot to learn in the beginning technically, with a very fast-paced, hardworking culture. You definitely need to persistent and willing to learn in order to be successful.
