      I've had the pleasure of working at Aquent as a Senior Recruiter, and overall, it's been a fantastic experience. One of the things I appreciate most is the incredible work-life balance. Aquent truly values its employees' well-being and fosters a culture that respects personal time. Furthermore, my colleagues are some of the smartest and most wonderful people I've ever had the opportunity to work with. The collaborative and supportive environment makes coming to work enjoyable.

      Cons

      However, to ensure Aquent continues to attract and retain top talent like the individuals I work with, I believe it's essential for them to re-evaluate their current pay bands. Increased compensation would not only reward tenured employees for their dedication and expertise but also help Aquent remain competitive in the industry. Despite this suggestion, I wholeheartedly recommend Aquent as a great place to work. The positive culture, work-life balance, and amazing colleagues make it a truly rewarding experience.

      Decent benefits, but Cigna insurance likes to take the cheap route on everything from MRIs to colonoscopies.

      Cons

      For "budgetary reasons," my contract work for an industrial automation company got "offshored" to Asia. After working on the same ongoing project for over six years, Aquent didn't respond to my application for work on other projects, and they completely cut me off from company email or anything else. In total, I had worked for them for more than 7.5 years, and this is the way they treat people?! Also, I never got a raise in that entire time. Actually, I went from being a fulltime employee to hourly talent when there was an earlier shortage of work.
