Pros
Great work life balance - hybrid working meant we had the ability to work from home or come into the office.
Amazing management - Absolutely no micro management. There was genuine trust given to employees by management which resonated through the company. When I made a mistake, management would not shout or tell me off, but teach me how to not make the same mistake again and leant from the lesson. Couldn’t fault my manager, they were supportive in my growth and were just brilliant. Can’t describe how great this made working here.
Growth opportunities - there is support given if you would like to pursue a set of skills. They would support you if you wanted to build upon certain skills with training.
Latest industry knowledge - we were always taught about latest industry skills and knowledge with training. Great for career
Company director is amazing - his office door is left open so you can always go in and ask him questions. He’s happy to spend time answering any questions and sharing his years of industry knowledge. Genuinely cares about employees. Just amazing.
Friendliest staff possible - this was the reason I actually worked here. First day I walked into the office, the team were so friendly. I was sold just from speaking with the team for an hour. Great set of people who I will dearly miss.
I think I repeated the word amazing but that is the best way to describe working here.
Cons
Honestly, there are no cons. I loved working here.
