Additionally, Arabesque has great employees, this represents the ability to learn from colleagues. Finally, Arabesque's mission relates to AI and Sustainability which is a growing trend in finance.

The aspects that Arabesque can improve are updates to the team (perhaps in a written form) to augment the updates in the weekly team calls.
