-Job itself provides skills that truly aren't very useful, especially considering the hours you work. -"Call center" vibe and associates are generally praised for consistently spamming people on LinkedIn. I'm sure hundreds of people have me blocked after this job. -The culture is horrible. Now in my career it is still shocking that myself and others had so many experiences with individuals acting unprofessional, extremely inappropriate, and in some cases sexist or racist. Myself and several others continually brought up to a manager different instances of a specific colleague acting unprofessional over time, so clearly the manager had never spoken to them and did not care about this behavior. -The "favorites" comments are real - be prepared to be laid off/ ostracized if you're immediately deemed not someone they like (this has nothing to do with work ethic or performance). -Pay is terrible, there are no metrics for promotions (unless you are a favorite of course), and bonuses are often not as promised. And there are no legitimate benefits except "socials" that the leadership team is bizarrely cheap with. Overall, I wouldn't let my dog work here! If you're reading this as someone who has a legitimate interest in working for or with the company, please keep all of this in mind. And beware that the company is going downhill - many of the metrics they show on how "well" they are doing is falsified.
