Friendly culture, no compensation ceiling, nice office (plenty of natural sunlight), plenty of individual autonomy, role inevitably connects you with many interesting/passionate entrepreneurs, exciting & interesting work, dynamic workplace, generous food/snack accommodations

Highly specialized, tough hours, tough commute if you live in SF (but not at all terrible)

Greatly enjoyed my time here, good leadership and experience
