Pros

If you were in a frat and want to continue that life style, you'll fit right in. Otherwise, stay clear. Bonus is pretty decent (if you get the whole thing)

Cons

A lot of incompetent people in upper management. No respect for employees, lots of pushback on initiatives to improve Super cheap when it comes to company outings, expensing business trips, etc. There is a lot of turnover, not surprisingly.

Pros

I started with Arbor in August of 2025 and they operate much different than any other financial institution that I have worked for in the past over the last 20 years. This company has a great focus on their employees and do so much to ensure that we're happy. The hybrid work schedule is great which is a good mix of working remotely and enough time in the office to establish relationships with co-workers. The benefits are better than the Fortune 500 company that I came from. The staff is great from the executive level all the way down. No egos get in the way and everyone is always willing to help with education, growth and coaching. It's a great environment to work in and the HR Staff is always working up the next company paid lunch or another kind of "thank you" from the company. The workload is manageable, where you don't feel stressed out and there is a great focus on work/life balance. There is some travel required within the role and even that they have great limits for hotel, car rental and airplane accommodations that ensure you're comfortable while away from home! All in all, I can't say enough good about Arbor and happy to be a part of it!

Cons

It would be nice if they had an Attorney Network that employees could have the option of taking with their benefit enrollment. I would like to see a higher match percentage on the 401k. (But they still match so not really a con).
