Okay for an entry level - Portfolio Manager Arbor Realty Trust Employee Review

No upward growth unless you are unless you are apart of the "boys club". Too much favoritism and management doesn't stick up or go to bat for their staff. They're too worried about "rocking the boat" and their positions. You are pretty much left to learn on your own as everyone is spread too thin. Since the headquarter is not based in Buffalo there is limited opportunities. The office has too much gossip and drama like a High School. Unless you're apart of the club you're overlooked alot even those producers. Promises not followed through. Don't recognize great talent.
