Pros
Growing company with great opportunity to move into a portfolio manager position quickly if you are a strong analyst and detail oriented. I was able to earn multiple promotions within my first few years within the servicing department.
Cons
Unfortunately due to the fast growing company over the past 10 years almost all of the VP's and managers have little to zero experience in leading people. It is a great company to start your career in commercial real estate servicing but I would not recommend staying there long-term.
