Family oriented business with a LOT of flexibility and input from employees. Variation in clients and project execution. I worked at Arbor a few years ago and left after receiving an offer from another, larger agency with better pay. Having worked there, and another agency after, made me realize that though Arbor has flaws too like any other place, it is 10x better than working for larger agencies that are stuck in the 'but we've always done it this way', 'pull a ticket from the helpdesk', 'your account is downsizing so your job is on the line' mentality.
