I work for a non-profit organization, so I understand that the pay will never be as wanted but the job is fulfilling.

While they do set high expectations, they also provide substantial rewards. The benefits offered now are significantly better compared to the previous administration, and salaries reflect a genuine effort to value the workforce. One of the most notable changes has been the shift towards a more inclusive environment. Leadership now is more representative of the diverse workforce we have, creating a richer and more supportive workplace culture.
