- Senior creative leadership is supportive of team members - Account executives will go to battle for the creative team - Killer strategy team - Camaraderie that extends beyond office hours - Reasonable work/ life balance - The Breakfast (if you know, you know)
Cons
- Less people doing more work - Little room for growth - Open floor plan limits your ability to focus - No cost of living raises and pay raises in general are very rare - Publicis Groupe - Below the line work can get repetitive and boring - Layoffs are the new normal
