I've been here for a long time and love the people I work with.

Newer leadership seems to be killing the culture of care. The recent round of layoffs were handled very poorly. Not just for those who were let go, but for those who are still employed, but have changes. It was a disaster of miscommunication. Managers didn't know their folks had been let go, managers didn't know they had people joining their teams, employees didn't know what their new roles would entail....it's the worst transition and change management I've seen in over a decade of working here.
