ArcTouch provides an unprecedented level of transparency to its employees. Their managers and executives are all available to anyone and they provide regular forums for asking questions.
ArcTouch provides significant career advancement opportunities, but they expect you to grab the bull by the horns, they won't just hand it to you. You have to know what you want and go for it, then show you are capable of doing it, then you can aim for advancement. I've seen a lot of people get promoted to very important positions from fairly low level starts.
Project and client variety available, but also stability for longer term depending on your client assignment and if you like what you are doing.

The company's growth seems to have stagnated and they had to pull back and right size recently. Only the underperforming and extra overhead people seem to have been let go so everyone left seems to be high quality.
