      Very hands off environment. Just get your work done and you can kinda manage yourself. Coworkers are awesome

      Cons

      It's very much a favoritism atmosphere. Your success there has much more to do with who you are friends with than how good you are at your job. Great people, but just be ready for the high school clique vibe.

      This employer encourages and develops a culture of entrepreneurial spirit. Employees are encouraged to take charge and be responsible in their interactions with clients, tenants, and vendors. Flexible working hours and work from home are a big plus.

      Cons

      Some employees never develop an entrepreneurial spirit and need constant push.
