Pros
Pay is decent at first You will learn a lot about the industry and gain valuable experience. Most managers try to work with what they have.
Cons
You are stuck where they put you, retention rate of new hires is 20% so if you filled an empty slot in an area don't bet on moving any time soon. Union runs the place, would not be surprised if they close it because of labor problems like the Lackawana Plant. Almost impossible to fire incompetent workers because of an annual rotating 7 strike policy and influence of the union. Company's main concerns seem to be the Union and the EU
