Pros

Great benefits and pay, with good overtime opportunities and quarterly profit sharing.

Cons

The retention rate for new engineers is some 40%, it's really bad here. The biggest issue is that they don't have many engineering positions and often put their engineers to work as line foremen.

Thank you for your feedback. We are very proud to create value for our employees by offering industry leading pay and benefits. Unfortunately, turnover happens at all companies for a variety of reasons. However, the attrition rate over the last five years for our engineers is 28% - slightly below the five year average reported by the National Associate of College and Employers (NACE), with 37% leaving for personal reasons. In order to be successful and sustainable, we must attract, develop and retain the best talent. We have retained 72% of our new hires over the past five years.
