Pros
Product-Market Fit. Industry 4.0 is truly a difficult nut that global manufacturers have been trying to crack for years. Arch is the closest thing to a panacea out there. Arch punches far above its weight class working almost exclusively with the biggest manufacturers in the world. Culture is also great. The company is full of brilliant, humble minds who only care to collaborate. Work life balance is also great. Arch began as a non-profit. I think part of the awesome culture is residual from the early, non-profit days.
Cons
Little to no inbound sales lead momentum. Nearly all opportunities must be sourced by the AE's, with occasional exceptions that come from Founder-Investor Networking. However, Arch is making a big investment to address this via SEO push, Podcasts, hiring a Full time Demand Generation, employee, etc so this will likely be turning around soon. The company has too much positive logo momentum and awesome customer success stories not to have inbound interest soon.
