The Culture, people, pto, and overall vibe is great

Not many honestly it’s a pretty great place to work

Good kids. Vacation. Relaxed environment. Decent pay. There is so much potential to do well. The top kids keep one motivated to keep working here. Plethora of resources, alumni network. Political correctness does not yet rule the day. Good discipline system that prevents the horrors my old colleagues at public schools have to deal with.

Incredibly cliquey, toxic, untrustworthy people. Mediocrity is accept amongst faculty/staff, and with the students. So many people content with not doing work, doing the minimum just to skate by.
