Friendly colleague, friendly environment, Stable increment

Too much task , low medical claim

The people that work here are all generally friendly and is willing to lend a hand if needed. The workload is manageable and overall a really nice working environment plus culture.

There is a lack of privacy since its an open office, not really a con for me though
