Pros
The people. Everyone I work with is hard working and a completely joy to be around. It's just amazing how much I can trust my team to do their part when I need them and visa versa. It's invaluable to have that type of mutual trust amongst your coworkers. The company provides excellent pay and benefits with a ton of opportunities to grow in the field. They offer extensive training and focus on safety. From what I've seen, everyone in the company is fair, reasonable, and are going to look out for you to make sure you're comfortable while balancing work/life and attaining stability.
Cons
It's a competitive field. People stay for a long time but they also come and go (and often come back). There is a lot to learn and keep up with and said changes can make times difficult for some.
