Leadership does not follow through. Leadership is not supportive. Head agency does not support program as the program asks and requires. Lack of acknowledgement towards staff. Hiring is a very slow process. Very high turnover rate. Often short staffed. The building is very poor and causes harm to staff, volunteers, and visitors (steep hill, lack of space, etc.).
