Pros
The benefits are great. The 401k match is the best I've ever seen. They like to promote from within, so there are advancement opportunities.
Cons
Those advancement opportunities are entirely dependent on if you're liked, not if you're good at your job. The management team there will find a way to give you a lower raise for being disliked, so hopefully you're good at politics. Depending on your position, you can't use vacation time at the same time as other people in your department. They boast about their systems but don't trust them enough to have operations leaders gone at the same time for one day. If you do get a promotion, don't expect a big raise. And if you try to negotiate for a raise, that will be held against you. Like I said, politics.
