      None come immediately to mind.

      Cons

      Too many to list, re-orgs every year. Sometimes multiple in one year. No accountability, internal audit people are a joke. Just read any news releases from the last 3 years, no management direction. Favoritism and nepotism are rampant.

      Unexpected equipment failures will happen at the worst possible time, Time and effort is required to recover back to full production.
