      Pros

      I enjoyed my time here. I had great coworkers, a good boss, a good mix of work to do that was challenging but not too challenging.

      Cons

      No big cons. But occasionally we had to help with safety assessments, which are a good practice, but I disliked doing them.

      Aluminum manufacturing provides exciting and challenging opportunities to test and reward engineers for all disciplines. You will never stop learning; life will never be mundane.

      Cons

      Unexpected equipment failures will happen at the worst possible time, Time and effort is required to recover back to full production.
