There are truly too many to list... -Software is held together with Duct Tape -Leadership is reactionary and continuously point fingers or just change their titles and look the other way -Bleeding employees at the moment -Software is so incredibly difficult to use that implementation and service teams are set up to fail -Selling integrations that don't exist and then slow walk the implementation praying for a miracle -No referenceable customers, reuse the same ones over and over
