Pros
The responses you get from the team and quick and helpful. Pay also was pretty good from what I saw from other organizations. Direct management was personable and very helpful. Great, work life balance.
Cons
Burned out a bit at both ends. Felt like leadership stretched the truth a lot and seemed to have a lot of empty promises. Didnt feel like there was a direction to go so you worked without a goal in mind. C level leadership didnt seem to want to connect with the rest of the organization.
