However, success is in your hands as you have the opportunity to positively impact the future of the company. Total attention on employee well-being and work-life balance. Customers would be turned away before employees. Paid internet for remote work. Monthly healthy snack supplies shipped to your home. Paid lunch for team events.
Cons
There are no coat-tails to ride. Nobody to blame or hide behind if things go wrong. However, people are not persecuted for mistakes unless you try to hide them.
