The pros are the office, the location, the people, and the interesting work. I really enjoyed my colleagues.

There is a lot right about the firm but also a lot wrong, mostly the fact that your experience depends on who your manager is. Some managers are great and the result is a great experience. Others are crude, unreasonable, and lacking in professionalism. Being staffed on their deals grows exhausting and makes a hard job harder. There's also a sort of favoritism present. People who are entrenched with the management receive favor and leeway and are held to a different standard than others.
