      Pros

      - Very solid knowledge and experience will gain while working here. - The manager is very supporttive and respectful. - Some seniors SE's are supportive aswell.

      Cons

      - Worst coordinator ever also the there are too many process needed to comply specially in terms of transport service, Time-in etc... - One of the lead here is grabbing all the implementation opportunity so he can earn a higher commision money.

      Employer provides quarterly training for their sales and technical team necessary for career growth. Complete compensations benefit.

      Cons

      Workplace is not conducive. Salary is low compare with other IT companies.

      Pros

      There's none only the flexi-time. HMO eastwest - only 50k per annual

      Cons

      With bond contract for sales but there's no training at all, if you resigned before your 6mons you'll need to pay 2x of your monthly salary but it you stayed beyond 6mons you'll pay 1mon of your salary. Which doesn't make sense. Also, they have to much restructuring that cause a lot of issues and concern internally. KPIs is not number centric and they make the role of sales to complicated.
