Pros
You can gain experience quickly due to the wide range of responsibilities.
Cons
“Doing three jobs for the pay of one — with little to no future. Some reviews may not reflect the full picture.” Salary is very low and below market rate. Annual increments are extremely slow, often less than 3%, and do not reflect performance. Career progression is very limited with little to no clear promotion path. Workload is excessive. It is common for one person to handle the responsibilities of multiple roles, and overtime is frequently expected. Employee turnover is high, and there are very few experienced staff. New joiners may quickly find themselves taking on “senior-level” responsibilities without proper support or compensation. Benefits are minimal. There is no annual dinner, no company trips, no company transport, and almost no allowances. Pantry facilities are poor, with no basic perks like free coffee or snacks. Management style is highly critical and often unprofessional. Communication can be harsh and demoralizing, creating a stressful work environment.
