Arecont Vision has been a great place to work. With any growing company, there have been moments of stress. But through strong leadership and a clear mission, Arecont has been an great place to work. The challenges are daily and varied and leave me satisfied. I have grown a lot working here and see a lot of potential for more in the future. Team atmosphere is a plus. Arecont is an equal opportunity employer which can be seen by many of their employees from all types of nationalities

It does not seem that here is much room for career growth with Arecont. You are expected to work long work days as busy company work is to be done outside of 'business hours.' The tech support needs some attention in customer service.
