      Executive Management is ABSENT from real-world operations, does not participate in proposal development, outsources all of support functions, has no strategy or direction. Basically a lifestyle company.

      You are still subject to the whims of their larger contract on the backside with the client regardless of your W2 status - same as any other employment of this type.
