      small company to start as a graduate student. Good environment. ok computers. good co-workers. close to town. variety of work to be done.

      Cons

      Low salary, bad management, crazy people, no advancement, lack of work ethics, lack of planning, did I say bad management?

      fair and very helpful management strong team cohesion all ideas and suggestions are considered & welcomed. Management is often rewarding & complimenting employees for their success
