Considerable churn - approx. 5 marketing leaders in 5 years. Old fashioned nature of running a business. Those with longer tenures are promoted over those with skill and experience. Lack of equality. Few females hold senior positions or, women of colour. Poor work/life balance. Care shown is superficial. Complaints about individuals are not taken seriously.
