      Pros

      There is a real sense of team work and innovation to progress the company and it's standing within the industry. It's lead by some incredible people who are personable and easy to talk to it's great to be able to approach the c suite team and feel genuinely listened to.

      Cons

      The company is in a state of growth and so there is a lot to do at the moment but that's only going to build a better brand image so the work now will pay off.

      I had a very positive experience throughout the hiring process with Argyll. The recruitment journey was smooth, professional, and well-organised from start to finish. Since joining, I have found Argyll to be a great place to work. My manager and team have been welcoming, supportive, and helpful, making it easy to settle into my role.
