I worked at Aria as a contractor. I found most of the full timers hostile, mean and prone to back stabbing for no reason at all. It is cliquey and the more established employees would do their best to stab a new comer in the back, even if it would hurt the project. In the first month I was there I had to such people dig into my work and make up stories about how it was not up to par. All for no reason and all unjust. Also, if you had to ask the more senior people a question about a client's project or to seek assistance in a technical matter, they would ignore you to show you their disdain and arrogance, even if it would hurt the project and make Aria look back in the eyes of the client. In all I found it a toxic environment with most people protecting their turf and covering their own backside at your expense. They have lost some projects precisely because of this atmosphere.
