      Pros

      - The business is up and to the right. Despite some times crazy amounts of work, the morale is high and everyone is excited to take the company to the next level. - The engineering culture is very collaborative and supportive of each other. People are accountable, creative, and driven to push themselves everyday. The energy is unlike anything I've seen before and it is infectious. Probably one of the best crews I've ever had to pleasure to work with. Ever. - The technical work is challenging. After almost 10 years in this field, I thought I had learned it all. I learned quickly that this was not the case after a few weeks here. - Freedom to make decisions. The org is extremely flat and process-less by design. This frees up engineers to do what they do best -- build stuff -- without much of the other stuff that gets in the way. - High quality bar. Despite how fast things move, the team has maintained a very high quality bar for what we ship.

      Cons

      - The business is growing FAST, and so the demands can sometimes seem impossible (scale + build + figure stuff out in ambiguous and uncertain situations). Not necessarily a con in my view but something to consider for anyone who is thinking about applying here. You must love and thrive in the chaos!

      Pros

      Joining Arize is one of the best choices I've ever made. This company is such a brilliant combination of innovative technology, down to earth people, transparent and enthusiastic service leadership, and driven competitive spirit. Arize's AI developer tools are well placed in the market for a strong potential business outcome, and has been on a healthy growth streak since I've joined. The leadership is transparent about the teams goals and how we will get there. Individual have a high level of agency and are encouraged to take ownership, share opinions and focus on value over bureaucracy. Team members are encouraged to use AI in their roles, and experiment with new approaches to solve challenges in their role or LOB. I would encourage anyone with a competitive spirit to win in a rapidly changing business environment to consider joining the team.

      Cons

      The typical start up pains, learn to love 'em! If not, Arize might not be for you. Product changes quickly, the GTM strategy is an evolving organism and the competition in the market is high. Arize can be ambiguous at times, and theres definitely a work hard play hard attitude.
